You can rearrange the toolbar icons by:

1. Click the View menu / Toolbars / Customize...
2. While the customize window is open, you can drag the buttons around.
3. Close the customize window to save changes.

Note: You need to have "remember toolbar layout" checked in your preferences for this to work.

I know nothing about programming so I don't know whether this is hardto do, but about the favourite indicator tool bar at the bottom of thescreen, it would be nice if we could drag the individual indicator tabsaround, so that we could position the indicators in a certain order weprefer e.g. I would have the trend indicators on the left, followed byvolume indicators in the centre, and exit tools on the right.
