Need Some Help On A Price-MA Scan

   I would like to try to build a scan that would enable me to pull stocks that are a certain percentage above or below the 50 MA (or any other MA for that matter) line.

For example, I'd like to scan to stocks that are 5% below their 50 MA right now.  

The major question is whether it can be done using existing controls and settings or whether it requires code because I eventually want to combine other elements and conditions to this.

I've tried everything I can think of in the scan options, including modifying existing scan criteria, but can't get anything to work.  I wouldn't think this would be too hard, but I'm programming/code "challenged" (I'm an idiot when it comes to coding/programming) and would appreciate some help on this.
