Unfortunately this isn't really possible with BullScan at the moment.
We plan to add some pattern recognition tools futher down the track that will be able to scan for this kind of thing.

Try looking for a turning point, where yesterdays low is within a few cents of the lowest low within 30days.

Not perfect, but worth a shot.
